Mr. Luo Xufeng (David), with over 30 years in the futures industry, has remained committed to the mission of advancing China's futures market and contributing to the real economy. Recognized multiple times as a pioneer in China's Futures Industry and a “Top 10 Zhejiang Financial Innovator,” he was also selected for Zhejiang Province's "Ten-Thousand Talents Plan."

 

Under his leadership, Nanhua Futures (603093.SH) has consistently pioneered industry firsts:

· 1998: Launched China's first futures company website.

· 2001: Founded the first in-house futures research institute.

· 2005: Developed the first commodity index—Nanhua Commodity Index.

· 2006: Became the first domestic futures firm approved by CSRC to set up a Hong Kong subsidiary (now known as HGNH International)

· 2012: Acquired asset management license.

· 2016: Launched a wholly owned fund management company.

· 2019: Nanhua became the first Chinese futures firm listed on China A-share stock market.

· 2024: Achieved net profit of 458 million RMB (+13.71% YoY); client equity rose 65.4% compared to 2022.

· 2025: Drives international expansion of the firm's offshore futures business.

 

Mr. David Luo also led corporate ESG efforts, integrating social responsibility with enterprise growth. He promoted models like “Insurance + Futures” across 20+ provinces to serve agriculture.

 

He edited and translated major works such as:
