On January 20, 2021, the 100.446 tons spcc-ilo international copper futures standard warehouse receipt produced by Peru Southern Copper Co., Ltd. was officially generated in Shanghai Yangshan Free Trade Port shitianwei Logistics Co., Ltd. This is the first time that international copper standard warehouse receipts have been generated since international copper futures were listed in Shanghai international energy trading center.

It is reported that since the listing of international copper on November 19, 2020, the market has been running smoothly as a whole, the futures function has gradually emerged, all kinds of market participants have increased steadily, foreign legal persons have actively participated, the futures and spot prices have been closely linked, and the price correlation has reached 99%. All parties in the market pay more attention to international copper futures. As market participants become familiar with the variety rules and business processes, the number of transactions, positions and warehouse receipts will be further increased, and the variety function will be further deepened. From the perspective of market scale, according to unilateral calculation, as of January 20, 2021, international copper futures had a total turnover of 780700 transactions, with a total turnover of 2015.45 billion yuan, and the highest position of 23400 transactions.
